FRUITION OF THE ROYAL PALACE AND EXHIBITION FOR DISABLED
In order to ensure a better reception and pick-up service (still guaranteed) to the disabled in wheelchairs please communicate, even by mail, the day and time of your visit .
We are obliged to communicate that the treadmill we have to support the access of wheelchairs in Sala Duca of Montalto is not enabled for carrying those motorized. Visitors equipped with this kind of assistance will be provided only for the access to the exhibition with a no- motorized wheelchair.
In the same way, the access to the Royal Apartments encounters no technical difficulty for visitors with traditional wheelchairs; instead, the use of motorized ones does not allow the fruition of the area. For this reason, the visitor will be allowed, however, to visit the Royal Apartments through the use of a non-motorized wheelchair provided by us.
The payment, that must be made by bank transfer, must take place at least two working days before the scheduled visit. The service has an additional cost of 1€ for every ticket requested including possible homage, and will not be refunded.
The reservation service guarantees the right of access without queuing at the ticket office.
